Summer Camps and Spring Break 2016Our summer 2016 camps include:
Musical Theatre and Dance Camp. This camp has been so successful, we have decided to have it back again this year. This camp is for kids who love to sing and dance. The last day is a performance for families and friends.
This drama camp is for the student who wants to shine in their very own production. Students will learn how to act for the camera, how to write their very own script, and star in their very own production.
Lights, camera, action - Acting for the Camera. Art camp for kids. This year children will create their own set design as well as study different art mediums and styles. The end result is a gallery show for parents and families to visit.
For the ballet student ages 7 and up who wants to increase their skill level and work on their technique. Students have the choice of attending either intensive ballet classes from 9:00 am to noon; jazz, hip hop, or lyrical classes from 1:00 to 4:00 pm or both! Each half day costs $185 for the week. Students need to meet with director for placement in this class/camp.
All camps have early drop off and pick up available. Camp enrolment is limited to ensure quality and individual attention. Children should bring a sack lunch. Snacks are provided.
Adult Classes include Ballet, West Coast Swing, Jazz, Tango and Salsa. Adult classes are ongoing. Students purchase a class card and the card can be used for your choice of class. You do not need a partner or previous experience to enroll in a class.
**************Theatre Dance Centre provides dance and theatre classes for childen and adults. Our teachers are excellent instructors and our Director Kathleen has many years of teaching experience both in the USA and Canada. While students can register for a block of classes we also encourage drop in participation. Check out our schedule of classes and come try one out.
